Must have previous experience of real pub food working with fresh ingredients. Duties will include cooking meals from a set menu, cleaning kitchen to a very high standard. Stock ordering and food stock count monthly and all related duties as required. Working 6 from 7 with Saturday off between 11.00am - 3.30pm.
