JOB TITLE: Recycling Operative – Reading

REPORTS TO: Team Leader / Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Waste and Recycling

SALARY : £6.50-£8.50 per hour

LOCATION: Reading, England

START DATE: Mid October



ALS Managed Services are currently recruiting for the role of Recycling Operative, for our client based in READING, England. This is currently a temporary position, working full time hours with the potential to be offered a permanent position after 12 weeks.



Working as a Recycling Operative, you would be working as part of a team, processing recyclable material on behalf of our client on their busy site in READING, ENGLAND.



You will be required to fully comply with all Health and Safety instructions on the recycling facility and will work for the Supervisor on site.



RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Sortation of recyclable materials on a picking line or in other areas of the client site.
Cleaning and basic maintenance as required by the Team Leader.
Operating of plant and equipment on site as instructed, and as licensed to do so.


PPE is provided to all Recycling operatives by ALS Managed Services as standard.



Previous experience is desired but not essential, as additional training and accreditations are provided through ALS Managed Services on behalf of our client.



WORKING HOURS: -

Our Recycling Operatives will be required to work Full Shift Pattern
