Enthusiastic, fast and efficient KITCHEN PORTER required to work in a busy, clean, modern, high-tech Vietnamese restaurant by London Bridge. Full-time and part-time roles available. Trading days: Mon-Fri.

Pay: £6.50 per hour plus bonus on reaching targets.

Kitchen staff requirement:
You would work alongside cooks to keep the kitchen clean, tidy, safe and hygienic. Your duties include:

- Unloading deliveries of food and other equipment to the kitchen
- Organising the storeroom
- Washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
- Cleaning staff and customer toilets and any other areas as required

You could also get involved in preparing food before or during the opening hours.

Both full time and part time roles available. Flexible work hours.

Previous restaurant experience is a MUST. Candidates with experience in established quick service restaurants preferred. The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, ability to learn fast and hard-working.

You'll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of service and hygiene. Finally, your appearance should be smart and clean. Hygiene Level 2 Certification preferred but not essential.
