Previous experience is an advantage, however full training will be provided. Must be flexible in terms of working times, and must be enthusiastic and willing to learn and must have good communication skills, days and evenings 20-40 hours a week to meet business needs, on an as and when required basis. Duties include washing up, keeping kitchen clean and tidy to hygiene and health and safety standards, basic food preparation and all other associated tasks as required. Knowledge of Indian spices would be an advantage.
