Clinical Lead – RGN
Brighton, East Sussex, England

Details of employment:
• Private Care Home with Nursing located in Brighton, East Sussex that provides professional nursing care to around 30 residents.
• Patients are elderly people, suffering from many different conditions typical for the group age.

Required:
• NMC registration.
• Previous UK experience while working as a Staff Nurse/ General Nurse in similar facilities
• Experience with leading the team of staff members, current knowledge of all CQC regulations in UK
• English – minimum level good (B2), spoken & written.
• DBS satisfactory check (arranged by the employer upon acceptance of offer)
• Two satisfactory references issued upon employment (current and previous employer)
• Availability to commence employment within at most 4-8 weeks from written acceptance of the offer of employment.
• Willingness to continuously develop knowledge, skills and career

Offered:
• Permanent employment with direct contract (not an agency work)
• Starting salary dependable on experience & the interview but no less than £13.50/h
• Full time 36h/week + overtimes available
• Holiday & SSP entitlement
• Majority of day shifts, with occasional nights and alternative weekends according to rota
• Introduction along with mandatory training provided, the employer provides access to specialized training to all employees
• Access to „senior/management” trainings & courses
