What we are looking for:
We are looking for driven and passionate managers, ideally with experience in a similar food retail chain, or in a fast paced hospitality environment.

The key responsibilities are to generate sales and deliver KPI’s by leading, inspiring and developing your team.

This can only be achieved through consistently delivering the Tossed experience for our guests with the highest standard of service, quality and safety.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they live and breathe our values; we put our Guests first; we treat each other with respect, we win together & celebrate success, and importantly we are all passionate about our food and service.

Salary Assistant Managers £19k
Supervisor up to £8.25 ph

Tossed is The Healthier Eating Place and our team are on a mission to put the fun back into healthy eating. All our food is prepared fresh on site daily and we have something to suit everyone from gym bunnies, to body builders to those who just want to eat a little better and feel fantastic. Our guests can choose from our signature salads, wraps, soups, smoothies and juices. Tossed differentiates from our competitors as guests can create their own salads and breakfast bowls choosing from our wide range of seasonal ingredients. What we don’t sell by the end of the day (which is not much) we reduce to half price as we don’t like seeing the teams hard work go to waste.
