Chosen person will be responsible for the business development and growth of client relationships through delivering an excellent IT services and customer care. Smooth and efficient delivery of projects is crucial for our company – on brief, on budget and on message.

Mandatory requirements:
University degree; Bachelor's degree also accepted;
At least a basic knowledge of IT related issues;
Minimum one-year of proven experience in B2B customer services;
Excellent English and Polish, both spoken and written;
Superb project planning skills;
Very good knowledge of the Polish and Eastern European community in the UK and accessing those communities through channels such as events, media and organizations;
Ability to work on numerous projects, both independently and supervised.

Responsibilities:
New business development and maintaining existing customers;
Negotiating with clients and inteon mobile staff about the details of projects;
Gathering initial customer's needs and requirements regarding websites, mobile applications and web systems;
Working with colleagues from Warsaw and Resovia during whole software development lifecycle; especially with Project Managers and Analysts;
Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and inteon mobile company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
Presenting deliverables to clients for approval or modification;
Handling budgets and managing project costs;
Writing client reports;
Monitoring the effectiveness of the projects;
Undertaking administration tasks.
