Happy Kid's Face Nursery Manager
This is a new and exciting opportunity, which will allow you to be involved in the lovely brand new and small nurseries in Twickenham Green, Teddington, Richmond from the start!
You will manage the provision at Happy Kids Face Nursery creating an exciting opportunity for the right individual.
As the Manager you will be driven, passionate and expected to supervise and guide other staff members, and possess an expertise of the Statuary Framework for the Early Year Foundation Stage. You will also need to demonstrate strong English oral and written skills, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using the EYFS and maintain a high standard of professionalism in running the day to day operations of the nursery.
You are likely to have high standards, both in terms of childcare and customer care.
Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare, two years’ experience of working with children. You should have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
An ability to communicate effectively, have a good working knowledge of Ofsted standards along with excellent organisational skills and have responsible to provide a fun and safe environment for all children every day.
