Quality Control Inspector
Location: Hampshire, Alton

For our client, manufacturer of high precision components for Aerospace industry we are looking for Quality Control inspector for CNC/Manual machine shop. The selected applicant will be responsible for checking quality of components by using various kind of digital and analogical measuring equipment.
Details of employment:
• Our client manufacture small precision components for Aerospace industry (Civil & Military)
• Day shift work
• Full time employment with 40 hours a week + overtime
• Salary: from £24 000 up to £28 000 per annum


Required:
• Must have at least 3 years experience in performing FAI (preferably within machining or engineering)
• Skilled in the use of manufacturing inspection equipment and in-process inspection of precision machined parts
• Previous experience within Aerospace industry would be seen as advantage
• Experience with small precision components would be an advantage
• Ability to use manual measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, verniers)
• Very good knowledge of engineering drawings
• Awareness of AS9102

Offered:
• Permanent employment with direct contract (not an agency work)
• Full time contract
