Manufacturing Supervisor, Dublin, Ireland

For one of our Clients near Dublin we are looking for experienced Manufacturing Supervisor.

Duties include:

• Managing the maintenance schedule and all associated engineering activities in a busy production environment
• Managing a small engineering team of 10 CNC Setters
• Developing and mentoring engineers
• Responsible for output at the site
• Organizing CNC team meetings
• Reporting to the managers
• Training new employees
• Maximizing production results

Requirements:

• Experience in managing CNC staff
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Supervisory experience
• Hands on experience with CNC machines

Our Client offers:

• Immediate start
• Salary depending on experience from £40.000 - £45.000 annually
• 40 hours per week
• Day shift
