The office manager will carry out a range of administrative, marketing and sales tasks, and they will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs efficiently. Being part of small team, the role will involve a wide variety of responsibilities and will encompass looking after many aspects of a small business. At least five years of experience and fluent in English. Typical work activities include: Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, databases and basic design program. Visiting clients site to prepare measurement Managing filing and administrative systems Acting as the main point of contact for clients and other visitors attending meetings in our showroom Answering incoming calls Preparing quotation and drawings Carry out surveys, take measurements during site visits Representing the company during meetings with clients and potential clients Gain a needed technical knowledge concerning the production process and final product structure. Keeping communication between office and workshop Ordering materials and tools for workshop General administrative support to the team Able to read technical drawing Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs Ensuring that the office is kept clean and looks presentable The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a “can-do” attitude, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills would be highly beneficial, and a pragmatic and well organised approach would assist in the smooth running of the office. |
