Maintenance Operative

MNM Property Services Ltd is currently recruiting Maintenance Operatives to work in London area.

What we require:
• Multi-skills in trades like carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, basic electric and basic
plumbing
• You will have to have your own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.

What we offer:
• Starting salary £11 per hour, regular increases based on performance
• Van, mobile phone and materials will be provided
• Long term contract after trial period
• In-house training
• External training opportunities, certifications if needed
• Promotion opportunities within a growing company

*If successful after the interview there will be a week's trial and then a 3 months contract with possibility of long term contract. If you meet our expectations and requirements there will be a potential of pay rise.
