ALS Managed Services provide temporary agency workers to the Waste and Recycling industry. We are looking to recruit an Account Manager or someone who would like to be trained to become an account manager to work for us, managing our account in Milton Keynes. This is a full time position, flexible shifts, Monday to Friday.
Salary depending upon experience.
Our customers provide Recycling services in the area, and have a temporary workforce on site sorting their recyclable material, baling and processing material.
We are looking to appoint an Account Manager to manage:
• Recruitment and Screening of temporary workers.
• Managing a pool of staff to cover holidays, seasonal variations and sickness.
• Stakeholder engagement and meetings with the customer.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
• Performance Management and Monitoring.
• Training and Development of Temporary Workers.
• Health and Safety Workshops, Toolbox Talks and Training.
•Payroll, Holidays and Shift Planning.
• Inductions with our staff.
• Project Management and Introducing change and innovation on site.
• Delivering to set KPI’s as agreed with site management.
You will be supported by our team of Regional and Operations Managers to help exceed the customer expectations, train and develop our staff and support with recruitment initiatives.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
• Evidence of building good customer relationships and of exceeding customer expectations.
• Knowledge and understanding of recruitment legislation, including eligibility to work.
• In depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, recruitment methods and candidate search techniques.
• Able to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired:
• Previous delivery of on-site Managed Services in the Recruitment Industry.
• Knowledge of Waste and Recycling.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
