CNC Miller – Operator/Setter/Programmer, Hampshire

For one of our clients, manufacturing company in Basingstoke area, we are looking for a skilled CNC Miller.
Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience as CNC Miller in manufacturing company
• Ability to work independently on the basis of technical drawings
• Experience in programming, setting and operating CNC Mills with Heidenhain control
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain control (G-codes)
• Experience in operating CNC lathes would be an advantage
• Experience with Haas, Bridgeport, Matsuura machines would be an advantage
• Experience with Aerospace industry would be an advantage

Tasks and Duties:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC Mills on your own
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Production control
• Controlling the quality using precision measurement tools
