CNC Miller - Operator/Setter, Heidenhain/Fanuc, Hertfordshire

For one of our clients, manufacturing company in Hertford, we are looking for a skilled CNC Miller.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as CNC Miller in manufacturing company
• Experience in setting and operating CNC Mills with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc control
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Fanuc control (G&M codes)
• Experience in operating/setting 3,4 and 5 axis would be an advantage
• Experience with Matsuura machines would be an advantage
• Experience with Aerospace industry would be an advantage

Tasks and Duties:

• Setting and operating CNC Mills on your own
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Production control
• Controlling the quality using precision measurement tools
