Based in the heart of the Highlands, between Inverness and Ullapool, the successful candidate will work within a varied role covering all aspects of service.

The successful Waiter/Waitress will:
Have experience of working within a similar role
Be passionate about customer service
Have a smart personal appearance
Have excellent communication skills
Be reliable with a can do attitude

The successful Waiter/Waitress will work an average of 30 hours per week however must be flexible as during the busy summer months, this will increase. The Waiter/Waitress will initially work evening shifts, however during the busy period will be required to be flexible and work split shifts.

The Waiter/Waitress will earn £8 per hour. Accommodation is available for candidates living out with the area. It is in the form of a room with shared kitchen, priced at £50 a week which includes utilities.

The candidate must speak English as they will be customer facing and also must have 1 year of experience within a waitress/waiter/hospitality role.
