I am looking for Junior/ Graduate level architectural technologist/ surveyor/ engineer who would be interested/ confident to visit residential/ commercial buildings and survey any works in progress.

Proficient user of any commercially relevant CAD software design tool
Strong technical ability and quality assurance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Up to date knowledge of UK building regulations
Wide understanding in UK construction methods/ techniques, and considerable construction detailing experience.
Good understanding of building and how they are put together.
