Oliver’s Lettings Ltd is a successful and progressive firm in local letting industry and we are currently looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join our team. It will be necessary to be able to speak both English and Polish. Do you have experience or interest in property management? Are you looking for a role with a bit of variety? You have to be highly organised, friendly, personable and apply a professional approach at all times. Previous experience as a Property Administrator or administration in a property related role highly desirable. Full-time Property Administrator daily tasks will include: • Updating internal systems, preparing and submitting reports (Excel spreadsheets) • Managing phone calls and correspondence e.g. emails, letters; generating letters and contracts • Dealing with tenants enquiries • Preparing statements and arrears chasing, serving Section 21 Notices and dealing with the end of tenancy paperwork when notices received or given. • Handling petty cash for office supplies and recording purchases • Managing maintenance system, inc. organising safety inspections and flagging up repairs, reporting back to landlords and arranging any necessary remedial work • Looking after tenancy files, which includes referencing, liaising with clients/applicants, inventory, keys and gas safety checks • Dealing with all necessary paperwork • Other relevant office tasks Core skills required: • Intermediate Microsoft Word: Word and Excel knowledge is a MUST • Excellent written and spoken command of the English language • Being able to analyse numbers and figures in documents • Some experience in settlements in financial services. • Pleasant telephone manner • Excellent organisational skills, with a good attention to detail • Capable of managing own time to meet deadlines • A tenacious 'can do' approach to work • Ability to work well under pressure when required • Quick learner • Full UK Driving license is an advantage • Ability to communicate in Polish What could we give you back? • Full time, permanent position • Paid training provided • Working with young and enthusiastic people • Modern office facilities in the city centre • Opportunity for career progress • Access to other additional training/courses • Premium salary for high performance • Varied daily tasks • Lots of social events (parties, bowling, badminton, etc) This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast moving environment.
