KD Security (based in South London) now recruiting Door Supervisors to work in a high profile Venues - Bars and Clubs in London area (Clapham, Brixton, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Camden, Hackney, West London). Immediate start, £10-£12 per hour.

Security Door Supervisor Job Duties:

- Walks around premises to investigate any signs of suspicious activity, trespassing 
- Responds to all alarms
- Authorises staff and business clients to enter and exit the premises 
- Contacts police of fire department in an emergency situation
- Keeps a log of all incident reports 
- Writes daily activity reports (notebook); provides them to employer on request 
- Apprehends criminals or those not adhering to company & business rules  - Provides valuable feedback to management about the security of a business 
- Body searches, ID checks 
- Monitors the premises for criminal activity 
- Writes reports and maintains a diligent record of legal and illegal activities - Stops suspicious activities by asking for identification 
- Checks any and all bags for suspicious or prohibited items 
- Inspects all points of entry to make sure they are secure 
- Stays in contact with other security personnel to make sure the premises is secure at all times 
- Answers radio calls 
- Liaison with local council and other agencies


Door Supervisor Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor license is essential

- At least 1year experience working in bars, night clubs (preferably in London)

- Right to work in the UK

- Smart appearance, Time oriented, Team player, Good verbal and written English, ’I can’ attitude, People person, Great written and verbal communication skills, PACE Knowledge, Polite and Calm in Stressful situations
