Our basic Services are free of charge; however, we may also offer additional paid products or services.

5. User Accounts

Access to certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. When creating such an account, you must provide truthful and complete information and use an email address that belongs to you.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and agree not to sell, transfer, license, share, or otherwise assign your account or account rights to any other person or entity. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account information.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of your account or password by another person or entity, with or without your knowledge.

Creating multiple accounts by the same user, or creating accounts on behalf of others without our prior consent, is prohibited. You may not create accounts through unauthorized means, including using automated devices, scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers.

You understand that your account may be terminated at any time, especially in cases of violation or intended violation of these Terms.

You also confirm that posting the Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party and agree to pay all royalties and fees resulting from the posting of such Content.

9. Content and Usage Restrictions

You are solely responsible for your behavior and any Content you post or display on or through our Services and for any consequences thereof.

You may only post advertisements in appropriate categories and may not post duplicate or nearly identical ads or other Content.

You may not post Content on or through the Services that:

• violates or infringes any law,

• harasses, intimidates, or stalks others,

• contains personal data or identifies another person without their explicit consent,

• is discriminatory, hateful, unlawful, false, pornographic, obscene, offensive, violent, or otherwise objectionable,

• offers counterfeit products or violates copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties,

• is considered spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes,

• promotes schemes that reward users for clicking ads, searching, browsing websites, or reading emails.

You agree that we may change the category, delete, or block your advertisement or Content (or part thereof) if we find or suspect a violation of these Terms.

You may only use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Prohibited activities include:

• scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of systems or networks,

• tampering with or accessing non-public areas of the Services or our systems,

• forging TCP/IP headers or any part of the header in postings or emails,

• accessing the Services in any way other than through the published interfaces, unless we provide prior written consent,

• disrupting or attempting to disrupt access to the Services, including flooding, overloading, spamming, or sending viruses,

• reverse engineering or decompiling any software used to provide the Services,

• impersonating another person or entity,

• copying, displaying, collecting, reproducing, or otherwise exploiting Content without prior written consent.

You agree to receive emails, notifications, and marketing communications from us and our partners.

10. Age

Our Services are intended for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms.

11. Paid Services

Most of our Services and products are free, but certain additional services (such as advertising in specific sections, featured ads, or other premium content) may require payment (“Paid Services”). You will be informed if a product or service incurs a fee.

Paid Services are non-refundable in cases of violation of these Terms or account termination.

We may suspend payments for Paid Services if we suspect the transaction is fraudulent.

If you reside in the EU, you agree that the services will be performed immediately and waive your right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

12. Copyright and Trademarks

The Services contain content owned by us or licensed to us, which is protected by copyright, trademarks, intellectual property rights, and international conventions. You may not distribute, copy, or use such content without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties that the Services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or for any transactions between users.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Complaints Procedure

You may submit complaints regarding the non-performance or improper performance of our services within 14 days of the end of the ad’s display period. Complaints should be sent via email (see the “Contact” section) or registered mail.

We will review complaints within 30 days and notify you of the outcome via the email associated with your account.

16. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or the Operator.

You may terminate by notifying us through the contact form, deactivating your account, and ceasing to use the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate or limit access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

17. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Owner’s jurisdiction, regardless of conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to the Services shall be resolved in the courts of the Owner’s jurisdiction unless otherwise decided by the Owner.

By using the Services, you agree to receive legally binding communications from us in electronic form.
