An established construction firm is seeking to recruit a well-rounded Office Coordinator . The role is critical to business success as it supports the Senior Construction Manager in managing existing and securing new high value building projects. The candidate must have following skills:
• A polite, confident, and friendly manner
• Motivated, self-starter who can work independently
• Enjoy working with existing customers and building relationships leading to generate new business opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluent English
• Time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to work alone using initiative to manage entire local advertising/sales campaign and to seek new business opportunities
• Flexibility and quick thinking with ability to handle sales meetings and inquiries with confidence
• Independent, self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft office knowledge
• driving licence
