2 x ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (English/Polish - Full time and Part time)

THE ROLE
Brand Live Agency is seeking an ambitious and proactive Account Executive, whose second name is Challenge. The ideal candidate will be confident in building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients (a customer service wizard, if you will), will be able to multitask, and will enjoy the fast pace of event management environment. You will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administration tasks, providing on-going support with managing events, and liaising with clients. We don’t want to brag, but this is a unique, rare-like-a-unicorn role, which will let you grow your experience in managing marketing campaigns from A to Z. Good fun and free Friday snack included in the package.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Capability to handle multiple projects smoothly
• Devoted towards achieving high level of customer satisfaction (either born with it or taught to be!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Good at brainstorming ideas
• Proactively seeking inspiration
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing environment
• Result-driven personality
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving approach
• ‘Can do’ attitude (and ‘can do’ ability!)
• Forward thinking and taking own initiative
• Experience in producing creative content and copywriting
• Knowledge of the experiential marketing & events sector

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Undertaking day-to-day administration tasks
• Supporting the intern in preparation of promotional materials and Internet research
• Coordinating graphic projects
• Undertaking marketing and advertising activities on social media, web, media, and via direct mail
• Assisting the account manager with briefing media, creative and research staff as well as devising marketing strategies
• Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and marketing communications agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that the project runs smoothly
• Negotiating campaign details with the client
• Presenting creative work to the client for approval or modification
• Preparing event documentation and writing client reports
• Handling budgets and managing campaign costs
• Coordinating campaigns and projects, and monitoring their effectiveness
