Welcome to Plan-it Homecare, a leading domiciliary care service in Balsall Common who provide a range of care and support services to our clients in their own homes throughout the West Midlands. We are seeking to recruit more outstanding domiciliary care workers; people with the right values and attitudes to work in our domiciliary care service – could this be you?

We have ongoing work within domiciliary care for both days and nights, support work and live-in care. You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to support you in becoming an excellent domiciliary care worker. Bring your life experiences to us.
The duties are varied, no two days will be the same. Our clients are individuals and they deserve to be treated as such. As a general guide, duties will include support with personal care, as well as helping to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support / promote their health and wellbeing.
