An experienced multi trader with an emphasis on making good and customer liaison skills, is required to work within a busy new build construction site in the south woodford area. The candidate must have on-site experience. Duties will include all aspects of making good to unoccupied units via a snag list to NHBC completion standard, such as filling, painting, decoration, caulking, small carpentry etc. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a background in a similar field, have own tools, hold a CSCS card and transport is an advantage.
