Service team coordinator needed urgently

Position: Service coordinator
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £7- £8 per hour depending on experience
Job type: Full time, temp-perm
Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit a Service coordinator to look after local packhouse in Chartham. 3 months probation time applies a permanent role will be offered to the right person. The post holder will be working with both candidates and clients making sure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
Main responsibilities:
• Build strong effective working relationships with client management team and staff
• Book in the correct number of temporary workers for each of the shifts
• Motivate , train and develop Pro-Force workers
• Run site inductions
• Check attendance, replace people if necessary
• Deal with payroll queries
The ideal candidate must have:
• Excellent IT skills – Word and Excel
• Organising and planning skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Have the following language skills:
o Fluent English speaker
o Fluency in 2nd language ideally Russian or Polish
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to motivate staff and bring out the best in them to reach daily targets
• Flexible attitude to working hours
