Promedica24 is a dedicated quality Live In Care Provider, regulated by CQC who provides Live in Care services across the UK to a variety of client groups.
We are currently expanding and looking for a motivated individual to join us in growing Promedica24 in the UK.
We are looking for two committed and energized Business Development Managers to join Promedica24
Duties will include:
• To promote and market Promedica24 within the local areas, and identify and maximise on all business opportunities that fit the Promedica24 unique care model.
• To communicate these business opportunities internally to strengthen the business pipeline.
• To be motivated and credible, and to build professional lasting relationships with partners in local areas.
• To work effectively with internal teams to ensure the highest standard of care and support is delivered to our clients.
• To support the Network of Franchisee’s to grow their business within their territories.
• Working closely with the care management teams

Experience Required:
• To be a motivated, experienced individual with Business Development Experience.
• To have experience within the Health and Social Care industry
• To have an understanding of CQC requirements and regulations.
• Ability to build relationships with ease
• Have excellent networking skills.
• Ability to adapt to change
