Line-leaders and quality controllers needed

Position - line leaders and QC’s (quality control)
Location: Chartham Kent
Salary: £6.31p/h; £7.50 p/h depending on previous experience
Hours: Full-Time, temp-perm

Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit line leaders and QC’s for the packhouses we supply in Kent.
The role involves assisting in the training of new recruits, motivating staff and supervising Pro-Force workers. You will also be working very closely with the client management team making sure operation is running smoothly.
To be successful you must have previous packhouse experience, speak fluently English, be computer literate, have good people skills, be organised , flexible and also be ready to learn the packhouse operation quickly.
