Recruitment Consulatant - Chartham

Pro-Force Recruitment Ltd are an industry leader in the recruitment of temporary staff for the fresh produce sector with over 2000 people working at any one time.
Currently we have a vacancy for an experienced recruiter to join our head office team. You will be responsible for recruiting a high volume of candidates in a variety of different roles within the fresh produce sector. This can be up to 60 per week.

You will be expected to source candidates using CV databases and to conduct in depth phone interviews to assess their suitability for each role.

The main duties are;
• Phone interviews with potential candidates
• Working through job applications
• Placing adverts on websites daily
• Searching CV databases for potential candidates
• Registering candidates and doing on-site inductions whilst ensuring that all paperwork is compliant to GLA standards

We are looking for someone who is confident and is happy with spending a lot of time on the phone for the majority of the day. You will be required to speak to a broad spectrum of candidates at a variety of different levels and ideally will have a second language. You will be supported by a team and given training. You will need your own transport due to office location.
